General Information
The park is rugged and
hilly, and is covered by fertile forest. Each mountain connects to Khun Klong
Lan, the highest point with 1,439 meters from sea level.
Weather Condition
The weather is pleasant all year round.
Varieties of Plants and Wild
Animals
Teak, Shorea obtusa, Shorea siamensis, Pterocarpus
macrocarpus and bamboo are the dominant tree species. Common wildlife are sambar
deer, barking deer, wild pig, macaque, squirrel and birds.

Attractions
Klong Lan Waterfall
Klong Lan Waterfall:
waters from many stream drops over the 100 meters high cliff, which is 40 meters
wide. It is one of the most beautiful falls in Kampaeng
Phet.
Klong Nam Lai or Pang Kwai Waterfall
Klong Nam
Lai or Pang Kwai Waterfall: located 25 kilometers from the Headquarters. It has
9 levels, each has different pool and height but you can swim in the 3rd level
pool.
Kaeng Ko Roi
Kaeng Ko Roi: located on Umpang-
Klong Lan road, at Ban Pong Ron along the road for 15 kilometers. The rapid is
formed by Klong Suan Mak, which comprises stream, prominence and beach;
surrounded by valleys

Visitor center
National Park have visitor center for
the tourist to get the information before visit the park. Visitor center open
everyday from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

How to get There
By Car
To get to
Klong Lan National Park use the road number 1, at km. 346, take a left turn to
the road number 1117 travel to Amphur Klong Lan for 36 kiometers. Arriving Kong
Lan Market, then turn right for 6 kilometers to the
headquarters. |
